IoPT Trauma and Family Constellations work offers a gentle way of exploring deeply rooted emotional, relational, and trauma related patterns. I have been facilitating this work for over ten years, supporting individuals and groups in bringing hidden family dynamics, generational influences, trauma related experiences, and inner conflicts into awareness.
Again and again, I witness how this process creates space for greater understanding, clarity, relief, and meaningful shifts within relationships and within ourselves. Many people speak of a deeper understanding of the patterns that have shaped their lives and of feeling more settled and connected within themselves and their family systems.
The workshops draw on two approaches: Family Constellations after Bert Hellinger and Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy (IoPT) after Professor Franz Ruppert

Cost: €100 with own constellation; €60 to be a representative
What Can Be Explored?
Participants bring many different themes to the workshops, including:
- Relationship difficulties
- Family conflicts and generational patterns
- Trauma and attachment experiences
- Anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges
- Health concerns
- Workplace and career issues
- Feelings of being stuck
- Repeating life patterns
- Questions around identity, belonging, or life direction
What Happens During a Workshop?
Usually, four constellations take place during the day.
Participants who choose to have their own constellation explore a personal issue, relationship, symptom, or intention. Other participants represent specific people, relationships, family members, symptoms, or aspects of the issue being explored.
Through resonance and representation, hidden dynamics may become visible, offering new perspectives and a deeper understanding of personal experiences.
Many people find value both in having their own constellation and in participating as representatives in the work of others. No previous experience is required.
Workshop Prices
There are two pricing options for the workshops:
- €100: Participate and receive your own constellation.
- €60: Participate as representative or observer without receiving your own constellation.
